The GLP Lounge respects intellectual-property rights and responds to valid takedown notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Filing a takedown notice

Email contact@theglplounge.com with the subject "DMCA" and include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
2. The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on this Site;
3. Your contact information (name, address, email);
4. A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner;
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice containing your contact details, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief, consent to jurisdiction, and your signature. We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the claimant files a court action.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly post infringing material are terminated.
