I know this thread is old but I found it through search and wanted to add my experience with Semaglutide titration since this was the most comprehensive discussion I could find.

8 months later, the information in this thread still holds up. My results have been consistent with the data shared here.

For anyone else finding this through search: the advice here is solid. The clinical trial landscape has evolved since then.

This thread is incredible for Semaglutide info. Better than most online groups.

Slightly tangential to Semaglutide titration but tyler_CSCS reminded me — has anyone else noticed changes in their alcohol tolerance?

I know it is not exactly on-topic but it seems related enough to ask here rather than starting a new thread. Apologies if this has been covered — I did search first.

17 months later, the information in this thread still holds up. My results have been in line with the evidence presented.

For anyone else finding this through search: the advice here is solid. But always verify with your own provider.

Want to share my personal experience related to Semaglutide titration since I think it might help others in a similar situation.

I started my GLP-1 journey in March 2025 at 281 lbs with metabolic syndrome. My telehealth provider prescribed semaglutide 0.25mg to start.

Now, 8 months later: I am down 66 lbs, my labs have normalized, and my sleep apnea has improved dramatically. The Semaglutide aspect specifically was something that made a big difference in my journey.

This forum was my go-to resource throughout.
