Relevant to Insulin syringe units to mg — here is my latest bloodwork comparison:

Key improvements: A1C 8.4% → 5.5%, triglycerides 245 → 115 mg/dL, hsCRP 8.0 → 0.9 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 13 months.

The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.

Want to share my personal experience related to Insulin syringe units to mg since I think it might help others in a similar situation.

I started my GLP-1 journey in March 2025 at 271 lbs with metabolic syndrome. My telehealth provider prescribed semaglutide 0.25mg to start.

Now, 8 months later: I am down 81 lbs, my labs have normalized, and my sleep apnea has improved dramatically. The Insulin syringe aspect specifically was something that made a big difference in my journey.

This forum was my go-to resource throughout.

SleepDoc_PDX — that is really helpful context on Insulin syringe units to. Follow-up question: did you change anything about your diet at the same time?

I am in a similar situation (month 2) and trying to set realistic expectations.

Want to share my personal experience related to Insulin syringe units to mg since I think it might help others in a similar situation.

I started my GLP-1 journey in October 2024 at 288 lbs with prediabetes and hypertension. My endocrinologist prescribed semaglutide 0.25mg to start.

Now, 14 months later: I am down 88 lbs, my labs have normalized, and I am off 2 of my 3 medications. The Insulin syringe aspect specifically was something that made a big difference in my journey.

This community helped me every step of the way.
