I respect Dr.SurgeonPGH perspective but I think this oversimplifies things a bit. Re: Compounded sema dosing — the subgroup analyses show meaningful heterogeneity.
I am not saying Dr.SurgeonPGH wrong entirely — just that the picture is more nuanced than a blanket statement. The SURMOUNT data specifically shows baseline BMI-dependent responses.

Reading this thread on Compounded sema dosing hits close to home. Night shift nurse — I started at 263 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

nick_newbie — that is really helpful context on Compounded sema dosing. Follow-up question: did you change anything about your diet at the same time?
I am in a similar situation (month 2) and trying to set realistic expectations.
