Slightly tangential to New vendor application but alex_tucson reminded me — has the insurance landscape changed recently?

I know it is not exactly on-topic but it seems related enough to ask here rather than starting a new thread. Apologies if this has been covered — I did search first.

I know this thread is old but I found it through search and wanted to add my experience with New vendor application since this was the most comprehensive discussion I could find.

11 months later, the information in this thread still holds up. My results have been even better than expected based on this discussion.

For anyone else finding this through search: the advice here is solid. Some of the vendor information may be outdated.

OP here — wow, did not expect this much response! Thank you all for the thoughtful replies on New vendor application .

To answer Admin: yes, I am on compounded sema from a 503B pharmacy.

Quick update: things are still going well. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏

Reading this thread on New vendor application hits close to home. Night shift nurse — I started at 287 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

13 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 62 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about New vendor applicati — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️
