Coupon codes and savings thread November — I finally have something positive to report and wanted to share.

After 6 months of ups and downs, things are clicking. My latest measurements confirmed what I have been feeling — this is working.

Not trying to brag — I know everyone's journey is different. Just want to put some positive energy out there for anyone who needs it today. ❤️

BenResearch_OR's experience with Coupon codes and savings resonates deeply with mine. I went through almost the identical process — starting dose, titration timeline, side effects, everything.

The main difference: I titrated faster. But the overall trajectory has been remarkably similar. Down 32 lbs in 7 months.

One thing I would add that BenResearch_OR did not mention: the relationship with food fundamentally changed.

Thanks for sharing this, BenResearch_OR. A few questions about your Coupon codes and experience:

  1. What dose are you currently on?
  2. How long before you noticed significant changes?
  3. Did your doctor have any specific recommendations about Coupon codes?

I am in a similar boat and trying to learn from others' experiences before my next appointment.

OP here — wow, did not expect this much response! Thank you all for the thoughtful replies on Coupon codes and savings.

To answer VendorMark: yes, I am on compounded sema from a 503B pharmacy.

Quick update: things are still going well. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏

Relevant to Coupon codes and savings — here is my latest bloodwork comparison:

Key improvements: A1C 8.4% → 5.5%, triglycerides 225 → 95 mg/dL, hsCRP 8.0 → 1.3 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 17 months.

The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.
