Relevant to Gardening on GLP-1 finally — here is my latest bloodwork comparison:
Key improvements: A1C 7.6% → 5.5%, triglycerides 229 → 99 mg/dL, hsCRP 8.0 → 1.1 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 9 months.
The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.
100%. My provider said the same thing about Gardening on GLP-1 .
Slightly tangential to Gardening on GLP-1 but tane_welly reminded me — does anyone have experience combining this with metformin?

This is exactly right. fiona_VT articulated what I have been trying to explain to my doctor for months. The Gardening on GLP-1 aspect is the most important factor.
