I respect julia.endo perspective but I think this oversimplifies things a bit. Re: My insurance FINALLY approved — the effect size varies considerably by population.

I am not saying julia.endo wrong entirely — just that the picture is more nuanced than a blanket statement. The SURMOUNT data specifically shows baseline BMI-dependent responses.
