Just wanted to say — for anyone reading this Biased agonism at thread who is feeling discouraged: it gets better. The first few weeks are the hardest. Hang in there. 💪

+1 to pat_auckland. Especially the point about "The first 6 weeks are the hardest..." — I have seen the same in my own experience with Biased agonism at GLP-1R .
