Just wanted to say — for anyone reading this Oral sema empty thread who is feeling discouraged: it gets better. The first few weeks are the hardest. Hang in there. 💪

To answer Dr.LeslieOBGYN: yes, I am on compounded sema from a 503B pharmacy.
Quick update: things are still going well. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏

+1 to anna.melb_AU. Especially the point about "Follow-up question: did you change anyth..." — I have seen the same in my own experience with Oral sema empty stomach.

100%. My provider said the same thing about Oral sema empty.
