This is exactly right. hank_denver articulated what I have been trying to explain to my doctor for months. The TRIUMPH program trial aspect is the most important factor.

This is exactly right. SleepDoc_PDX articulated what I have been trying to explain to my friends for months. The TRIUMPH program trial aspect is what made the difference for me.
