My appetite is literally gone is is not that straightforward in my experience

This is exactly right. mike.trainer_LA articulated what I have been trying to explain to my friends for months. The My appetite is literally aspect is what made the difference for me.

Reading this thread on My appetite is literally hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 281 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

7 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 56 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about My appetite is — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️

PharmHunterJen — that is really helpful context on My appetite is literally. Follow-up question: how long did you wait before increasing your dose?

I am in a similar situation (week 4) and trying to set realistic expectations.

To answer claudia_zurich's question specifically:

From a clinical standpoint, My appetite is literally gone is a reasonable concern that deserves a thorough answer.

The short answer: the evidence supports this approach for most patients.

The longer answer involves reviewing the specific clinical trial data relevant to your question, which I am happy to elaborate on if helpful.
