For desktop: Feather Wallet — lightweight, fast, more features than the official GUI. Great if you're on a computer. For maximum security: Official Monero GUI wallet running your own node. This is overkill for most people but if you're a privacy maximalist, running your own node means you're not trusting anyone else's server. Start with Cake Wallet.
