Slightly tangential to Pharmacy payment data and but CarlaRPh_TPA reminded me — has the insurance landscape changed recently?

This is exactly right. pete_nash articulated what I have been trying to explain to my friends for months. The Pharmacy payment data and aspect is what made the difference for me.
Adding my data to this Pharmacy payment data and discussion:
| Metric | Baseline | Month 5 | Month 6 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weight | 268 lbs | 218 lbs | 203 lbs |
| A1C | 7.2% | 6.0% | 5.2% |
| hsCRP | 7.0 | 4.0 | 1.0 |
Protocol: Semaglutide 1.7mg/wk, resistance training 3x/wk, protein 1.5g/kg/day.
