I know this thread is old but I found it through search and wanted to add my experience with WWB vs QSC vs GGPeps since this was the most comprehensive discussion I could find.
17 months later, the information in this thread still holds up. My results have been in line with the evidence presented.
For anyone else finding this through search: the advice here is solid. But always verify with your own provider.

+1 to robert_kc. Especially the point about "The first month are the hardest..." — I have seen the same in my own experience with WWB vs QSC vs GGPeps .
