Slightly tangential to ALT normalization rates but Dr.ReproEndo reminded me — has the insurance landscape changed recently?
I know it is not exactly on-topic but it seems related enough to ask here rather than starting a new thread. Apologies if this has been covered — I did search first.

This is exactly right. greg_boulder articulated what I have been trying to explain to my friends for months. The ALT normalization rates aspect is what made the difference for me.
Adding my data to this ALT normalization rates discussion:
| Metric | Baseline | Month 4 | Month 6 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weight | 276 lbs | 241 lbs | 211 lbs |
| A1C | 7.0% | 6.2% | 5.2% |
| hsCRP | 5.0 | 3.0 | 1.0 |
Protocol: Tirzepatide 15mg/wk, resistance training 3x/wk, protein 1.3g/kg/day.
