Just wanted to say — for anyone reading this Selank and Semax thread who is feeling discouraged: it gets better. The first 6 weeks are the hardest. Hang in there. 💪

+1 to KarenAZ_mom. Especially the point about "Follow-up question: did you change anyth..." — I have seen the same in my own experience with Selank and Semax May.
