Same experience here with 0.25mg → 2.4mg titration. hans_munich described it perfectly.

I respect Dr.GastroMayo perspective but I think this oversimplifies things a bit. Re: 0.25mg → 2.4mg titration — the effect size varies considerably by population.
I am not saying Dr.GastroMayo wrong entirely — just that the picture is more nuanced than a blanket statement. The SURMOUNT data specifically shows baseline BMI-dependent responses.

Reading this thread on 0.25mg → 2.4mg titration hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 277 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.
