Blood pressure normalized off is not that straightforward in my experience

This is exactly right. LipidDoc_ATL articulated what I have been trying to explain to my friends for months. The Blood pressure normalized aspect is what made the difference for me.

Reading this thread on Blood pressure normalized hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 277 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

13 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 52 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about Blood pressure — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️

jim_asheville — that is really helpful context on Blood pressure normalized. Follow-up question: how long did you wait before increasing your dose?

I am in a similar situation (week 4) and trying to set realistic expectations.

To answer jason_paloalto's question specifically:

From a clinical standpoint, Blood pressure normalized off is a reasonable concern that deserves a thorough answer.

The short answer: the evidence supports this approach for most patients.

The longer answer involves reviewing the specific clinical trial data relevant to your question, which I am happy to elaborate on if helpful.
