Slightly tangential to AOD-9604 what worked for but SurmountFan_IN reminded me — has anyone else noticed changes in their alcohol tolerance?

I know it is not exactly on-topic but it seems related enough to ask here rather than starting a new thread. Apologies if this has been covered — I did search first.

+1 to SurmountFan_IN. Especially the point about "A few questions about your AOD-9604 wha..." — I have seen the same in my own experience with AOD-9604 what worked for.

jim_asheville — that is really helpful context on AOD-9604 what worked for. Follow-up question: what labs did your doctor order to monitor this?

I am in a similar situation (just started) and trying to set realistic expectations.

To answer gary_naperville's question specifically:

From a clinical standpoint, AOD-9604 what worked for you? is an area where we have good evidence.

The short answer: baseline labs + quarterly monitoring is the standard of care.

The longer answer involves understanding the mechanism of action at the receptor level, which I am happy to elaborate on if helpful.
