Just wanted to say — for anyone reading this Threw up at the gym thread who is feeling discouraged: it gets better. The first few weeks are the hardest. Hang in there. 💪

+1 to labquiet_amy. Especially the point about "3%, triglycerides 231 → 101 mg/dL, hsCRP..." — I have seen the same in my own experience with Threw up at the gym on.
