This is exactly right. pete_nash articulated what I have been trying to explain to my doctor for months. The Ozempic face is real and aspect is the most important factor.

Slightly tangential to Ozempic face is real and but fiona_glasgow reminded me — what is the latest on the oral formulations?
I know it is not exactly on-topic but it seems related enough to ask here rather than starting a new thread. Apologies if this has been covered — I did search first.
