Clinical perspective on Return to running after weight loss :

I have managed roughly 300 patients on GLP-1 therapy and this topic comes up frequently. What the data shows — and what I see in practice — is that proper titration prevents most adverse events.

Reading this thread on Return to running after hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 277 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.
