Sema fatigue at month 6 — what worked for you?

Want to share my personal experience related to Sema fatigue at month 6 what since I think it might help others in a similar situation.

I started my GLP-1 journey in March 2025 at 245 lbs with metabolic syndrome. My telehealth provider prescribed semaglutide 0.25mg to start.

Now, 16 months later: I am down 70 lbs, my labs have normalized, and my sleep apnea has improved dramatically. The Sema fatigue at aspect specifically was something that made a big difference in my journey.

This forum was my go-to resource throughout.

Protocol: Semaglutide 1.7mg/wk, resistance training 3x/wk, protein 1.4g/kg/day.

This is exactly right. Dr.RheumBOS articulated what I have been trying to explain to my friends for months. The Sema fatigue at month 6 aspect is what made the difference for me.
