From 310 to 198 in 15 months what is not that straightforward in my experience

This is exactly right. Dr.NutriCornell articulated what I have been trying to explain to my friends for months. The From 310 to 198 in 15 aspect is what made the difference for me.

Reading this thread on From 310 to 198 in 15 hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 281 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

7 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 56 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about From 310 to 198 in — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️

hyun_seoul — that is really helpful context on From 310 to 198 in 15. Follow-up question: how long did you wait before increasing your dose?

I am in a similar situation (week 4) and trying to set realistic expectations.

To answer WendyG_ATL's question specifically:

From a clinical standpoint, From 310 to 198 in 15 months is a reasonable concern that deserves a thorough answer.

The short answer: the evidence supports this approach for most patients.

The longer answer involves reviewing the specific clinical trial data relevant to your question, which I am happy to elaborate on if helpful.
