Batch-to-batch purity variation is not that straightforward in my experience

This is exactly right. Dr.GastroMayo articulated what I have been trying to explain to my friends for months. The Batch-to-batch purity aspect is what made the difference for me.

Reading this thread on Batch-to-batch purity hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 281 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

7 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 56 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about Batch-to-batch — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️

Dr.NateNeph — that is really helpful context on Batch-to-batch purity. Follow-up question: how long did you wait before increasing your dose?

I am in a similar situation (week 4) and trying to set realistic expectations.

To answer alex_tucson's question specifically:

From a clinical standpoint, Batch-to-batch purity is a reasonable concern that deserves a thorough answer.

The short answer: the evidence supports this approach for most patients.

The longer answer involves reviewing the specific clinical trial data relevant to your question, which I am happy to elaborate on if helpful.

Bookmarked 📌 The Batch-to-batch info in this thread is essential. Coming back to this for sure.
