Just wanted to say — for anyone reading this Weekly check-in thread who is feeling discouraged: it gets better. The first few weeks are the hardest. Hang in there. 💪

To answer greg_boulder: I get my labs done through Quest every 3 months.
Quick update: my latest labs came back even better. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏

+1 to steve_okc. Especially the point about "The first 6 weeks are the hardest..." — I have seen the same in my own experience with Weekly check-in thread .
